We’re looking for someone who knows how to elevate what’s already there, and keep the quality high.

This role isn’t about starting over, it’s about recognising what’s working — and making it even better.

What you’ll do

– Manage and develop our presence across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
– Strengthen existing formats and help shape new ones
– Translate the agency’s identity into consistent visual and written content
– Create or brief designs for carousels, templates, thumbnails and more
– Plan ahead, spot opportunities and adapt when needed

Who we’re looking for

– You have proven experience in marketing, content or design
– You think in systems and concepts, not just posts
– You’re calm, precise and confident in your decisions
– You understand the culture around music and brand building
– You’re based in the Netherlands and fluent in Dutch and English
