Midas Field is a fresh voice in the Dutch electronic music scene, blending soulful house grooves with electronic sounds full of rich synth textures. Drawing inspiration from artists like Dam Swindle, Kerri Chandler, Makez, and Hunee, he crafts a playful yet deeply grooving sound that connects across the dancefloor. His journey started young, jamming on a dusty keyboard at the age of five. At 14, a friend introduced him to a DAW, and he’s been hooked on producing ever since. After studying music production at the Conservatory of Utrecht, Midas decided to fully dedicate himself to house music, launching his own project in 2022. Alongside DJ sets, he is now performing hybrid live shows where electronic sound meet his skills as a pianist. His debut EP My Love dropped on Nervous Records in 2023, followed by a release on Vokall Records that has surpassed 400,000 streams. He has also released on PIV, and most recently, Cool Vibration landed on BLINK, earning support from DJs like Soairse, Moxie, Ruze and more. With shows at Shelter Amsterdam, Colorado Charlie, Thuishaven and beyond, Midas is quickly carving out his space as a rising DJ and producer on the European stage.
